Commission amounts differ on a case-by-case basis
Only applicable for Sale & Purchase transactions and Rental for entire unit of property
Referrer will receive 10% of net commission revenue for each transacted property referred
Referral fees are taxable income- which has to be reflected in your annual Notice of Assessment (NOA) with IRAS
Criteria
The referred friend has to be a new customer to ACE Property with no previous transactions
Referral fee will be given to the referrer for the first successful transaction for each referred client
The referrer and referred person cannot be the same
There is no limit to the number of referrals a person can make.
